Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which UPS does not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before noon on weekdays typically ship out within twenty-four (24) hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer:

• UPS Ground – Orders are typically received within 5 to 7 business days
• UPS 3-Day Select – Orders are received three (3) business days from the time they are shipped
• UPS 2nd Day Air – Orders are received within two (2) business days from the time they are shipped
• UPS Next Day Air – Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped
• UPS Worldwide Expedited – We offer international to select countries. Delivery of orders can vary but orders typically arrive within 7 business days

Shipping Charges

The shipping charge you see when selecting the shipping method is based on the destination and the weight of the package. We currently offer free ground shipping on all orders over $200. Shipping rates will vary based on the selected shipping method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, there is pre-paid UPS label in the original box containing you order. Please use this label in the instance that you need to make a return of exchange.

Multiple Packages

Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment email or under you order history on www.billyreid.com your order was shipped in more than one package.

Tracking

You can track your shipment by using the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email from service@billyreid.com. You can also view your order history and track shipments from your account at www.billyreid.com when you register at checkout.
