We offer shipping to over 50 countries around the world, all with reasonable shipping cost and duty, taxes, and importation fees paid upfront. When you're ready to checkout, you'll see the FINAL price to get the products straight to your door with no additional payments. We include all importation fees including estimated duty, tax, brokerage fees and transportation costs right in your shopping cart so you'll never be surprised by charges when your product arrives.

Shipping Costs & Importation Fees We calculate and display a guaranteed order total including all transportation costs and importation fees (Any applicable duty and tax enforced by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country) during checkout. Both the shipping cost and imporation fees vary by country. These charges are non-refundable - international shipping charges and any fees such as Duty, tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return. Return shipping cost and any associated imporation fees are the responsibility of the customer for international orders.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Billy Reid offers international shipping to 100+ countries and territories. Choose Premier for 3 to 8 day delivery, or select Express for 2 to 4 day guaranteed delivery for an additional cost.
- Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No, simply choose our Premier or Express International Shipping option and all duties, taxes, and importation fees are paid during the original purchase.
- Do you handle returns internationally?
Return shipping charges and any fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the purchaser. Billy Reid will not cover return shipping or import fees, duties, or taxes for international orders.
- Can I track my international order?
Yes, you'll receive an automated email from Billy Reid once your order ships containing tracking information. If you registered at checkout, you can also view tracking information by logging in to your account at www.billyreid.com. If at any time you are unsure as to the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at service@billyreid.com.
- How long will delivery take for shipments outside the United States?
Premier Shipping DDP: 3-8 days
Express Shipping DDP: 2-4 days

"You hereby authorize Pitney Bowes Inc. to act as your agent and transact business with foreign revenue authorities to clear your merchandise, account for duties and taxes on your behalf, return your merchandise and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that foreign revenue authorities will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to directly to Pitney Bowes Inc. and you will obtain any refund, as applicable, directly from Billy Reid. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by said foreign revenue authorities in your name, so that Pitney Bowes Inc. can be reimbursed."
