Return Policy

We are committed to bringing you the highest quality garments, footwear, and leather goods, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges (pending availability) of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered FULL PRICE items within 30 days of purchase. Full price items are indicated by the price being shown in white with no secondary price listed.

For your convenience, we will include a pre-printed UPS label in your shipment. You can use this label to return items to our processing facility. A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund when using this pre-printed return service label. You are welcome to return your purchases via any shipping method of you choice, and there will be no fee deducted from your return. If you cannot find your pre-printed label, please contact us at service@billyreid.com or 1-256-275-3830 for a replacement.

For ease of processing, please fill out the included return/exchange form in full and be sure to include your original invoice.

We will accommodate exchanges on sale items within 30 days of purchase pending availability. Sale items can be returned for store credit, though we will not issue credit card refunds on sale item returns. We do not include a pre-printed UPS label for orders consisting of sale items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs in this instance.

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.  Final sale will be indicated by email correspondence to our subscriber base along with a notification of final sale in the sale section of our website. Billy Reid reserves the right to refuse a return of any final sale items shipped back to any of our facilities.

We gladly issue price adjustments on full price merchandise if the change in price occurs within seven (7) days of original purchase. Iems not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
