Returns & Exchanges
For Regular Priced Items:
We are absolutely committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with every one of your purchases. On regular priced items, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the purchase. We’ll refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Exchanges on regular price items are always entirely complimentary and the shipping both ways is on us. You may also take your purchases to any Billy Reid retail location to return or exchange.
Included in every shipment is a returns and exchanges form. Please fill out the returns and exchanges form and include it with the package you send back to us. Also include a copy of your original order invoice.
Also included in your shipment is a pre-paid and pre-addressed UPS return label. You can use this pre-paid and pre-address UPS return label to send back any return or exchange directly to us by dropping the package off at any UPS Store location, scheduling a complimentary pickup at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS, or by simply handing your package to a UPS driver.
When using this pre-paid label for a return a flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the refund. If you’re exchanging, there is no cost for using this label and we’ll ship your exchanged items back out to you free of charge.
If you’d like, you can also send your purchases back using the provider of your choice, and nothing will be deducted from your refund. If you’re using your own shipping provider to send a purchase back, please ship to:

Sale Items
We’re happy to store credits or exchanges on sale items within thirty (30) days of your receipt of your purchase pending availability. While sale items cannot be returned for a credit card or cash refund, we will gladly issue a store credit in the form of a gift card if you are unsatisfied with your sale purchase.

International Returns & Exchanges (Regular & Sale Price)
Any shipping charges along with any import fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundnable. Any shipping charge or import fee, duty, or tax associated with a return or exchange from outside The United States will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to the International Shipping policy page for more information.
Price Adjustments
We gladly issue price adjustments on regular price items if the change in price occurs within seven (7) days of your receipt of the item(s). Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Price Matching
We will glady meet any vendor's advertised redline sale price on any item pending review of that vendor's website or retail location.
