The Bond Peacoat is one of our original icons, and a bestselling customer favorite, that traces its roots all the way back to our Fall 2001 runway show. This season we decided to create a version that swaps the sturdy melton wool for a weather-resistant waxed cotton from Scotland’s Halley Stevensons, a renowned producer of waxed fabrics since 1864. It has an “onion” quilted lining, with an engineered ribbon stripe, for extra warmth. To make it truly special, we finished it with signature details, like a ribbon stripe embossed collar stand, genuine horn buttons, and leather tabs at the waist pockets. An unexpected interpretation that’s ideal for fall weather, this Waxed Bond Peacoat is a collectible version—that like the original—is sure to sell out.
