RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON FULL PRICED AND SALE PRICED ITEMS

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY:

Orders placed betwen November 20th, 2017 to December 24th, 2017 may be returned up until January 31st, 2017. 

Full-Priced and Sale-Priced items may be returned for a refund in the original form of payment or exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing purchased from any other retailer besides Billy Reid.


Items ending in .50 are considered "Final Sale" and may not be returned or exchanged.


All returns will result in a $5.00 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Should you choose to make a return at one of our Billy Reid store locations, a processing fee will not be deducted.
Exchanges are always complimentary and free of charge.

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please visit our Returns Page to register your return.

On our Returns Page, please provide your account login or order information and select the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange and why. All items must be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once you have completed the return registration, you will be given the opportunity to print a UPS return shipping label. If you choose to print and use this label, please apply the label and drop off the package at your nearest UPS facility.

A $5.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount once the return is processed. You can also return or exchange your item(s) at any of our store locations, free of charge.

Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the invoice. Items will only be exchanged or returned if the items have their original tags and are in new condition (not worn, washed, altered, etc.)

If you’d like, you can also send your purchases back using the provider of your choice. If you choose to do this, please complete the return registration online, however do not print a return shipping label. If you are using your own shipping provider to send a purchase back to us, please ship to:

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

We gladly issue price adjustments on regular price items if the change in price occurs within seven (7) days of your receipt of the item(s). Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Promotional or discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to any previous order.

PRICE MATCHING (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

We will gladly meet any vendor's advertised price or promotion on any item pending review of that vendor's website or retail location.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES (REGULAR & SALE PRICE)

Any shipping charges along with any import fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. Any shipping charge or import fee, duty, or tax associated with a return from outside the United States will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Billy Reid does not accept exchanges for international orders. If you’d like another size or item, you will need to return your previous order and place a new order on www.billyreid.com for the replacement.
