Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which UPS does not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before noon on weekdays typically ship out within twenty-four (24) hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer:
- UPS Ground – Orders are typically received within 2 to 7 business days
- UPS 3-Day Select – Orders are received three (3) business days from the time they are shipped
- UPS 2nd Day Air – Orders are received within two (2) business days from the time they are shipped
- UPS Next Day Air – Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped
- UPS Worldwide Expedited – We offer international to select countries. Delivery of orders can vary but orders typically arrive within 7 business days
Shipping & Handling Charges The shipping charge you see when selecting the shipping method is based on the destination and the weight of the package. Shipping rates will vary based on the selected shipping method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, there is pre-paid UPS label in the original box containing you order. This label can be used for your convenience to send returns and exchanges back. When using this return service label for a return, a flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the refund. There is no fee for using this label on exchanges.

Multiple Packages Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment email or under you order history on www.billyreid.com your order was shipped in more than one package.
