Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which UPS does not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before noon Central time Monday thru Friday typically ship out on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer:
- Standard – Always free and always quick. Orders are typically delievered between 3 and 7 days from the time the order is placed.
- 3-Day – A flat rate of $15.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are received three (3) business days from the time they are shipped
- 2-Day – A flat rate of $25.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are received within two (2) business days from the time they are shipped
- Next Day – A Flat rate of $45.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped

Shipping & Handling ChargesStandard shipping is always free. For Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping, a flat fee is charged for any destination in the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, there is pre-paid UPS label in the original box containing you order. This label can be used for your convenience to send returns and exchanges back. When using this return service label for a return, a flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the refund. There is no fee for using this label on exchanges.

Multiple Packages Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment email or under you order history on www.billyreid.com your order was shipped in more than one package.
