Inspired by the classic naval silhouette of the Chief Papal Officer (CPO) shirt, this rendition features an oversized herringbone cotton inspired by an archival fabric. We redeveloped the fabrication from 2017 into a soft, 100% cotton with chambray-like qualities and an open weave to keep it lightweight and breathable. Denim influences are carried over through with a contrast interior yoke and chambray finishes at the undercollar, inner cuff, and the chest pocket flaps. It’s thoughtfully finished with dark horn buttons and black custom twill tape at the sleeve placket.

    Just a weirdly sized garment

    I tried both the the XL and L in this shirt and neither one of them fit. This shirt is designed like a box with shoulder pads and refuses to do anything but be a box. The XL was much too wide, but the sleeves and body length were great. The L is still too wide, but the body legth is quite short and the sleeves are criminally short. At 6'3 210 lbs, it's hard to believe I would ever order a medium in anything, and I won't start now. If the L is too short with matching sleeves, the M would be like a 3/4 sleeve on a midriff shirt.

    I keep trying to find things at Billy Reid that fit, but aside from the VERY FIRST thing I purchased, nothing at this shop fits me in any way that would be considered flattering or almost flattering. I can't figure out how y'all are sizing things, but for me, it may be time to move on from trying Billy Reid.

    The body width of this shirt runs WAYYY big, but the sleeves and body length are quite small.

    The material and look are great, the sizing is terrible.
