THE OPPORTUNITY
Billy Reid is seeking an FP&A analyst to provide data analytics and help support and grow the finance department. They

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Design and create an individual clothing category that meets the Billy Reid aesthetic, quality standards, and assortment needs.
▪ Work with Chief Design Officer and Director of Design to create seasonal custom designs
▪ Responsible for all design details from rough sketches, digital sketches, and handing off styles to product development 
▪ Work with product development team partners to maintain design integrity while adhering to margin requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY
Billy Reid’s Production team is looking for an Associate Product Manager to manage the product
development and production process for a given product classification(s).

The initial responsibilities will include:


Development:
▪ Assist in R & D process by handling fabric inquiries for the team, and keeping up with RM chart/
▪ Assure only costed headers get passed to design
▪ Participate in handoffs for relevant categories after Sketch reviews
▪ Style set up/ Bom Creation in RLM (maintain and update as needed)
▪ Calculate target costs for all styles for review/approval by manager
▪ Create & Launch Sample/Proto Line plans to Factories/Agents after approval by Manager
▪ Daily email communication and follow up on proto/sample timing, BOM updates/questions, costing,
production lead-times, MOQ info and cost options to hit target costs
▪ Manage CAD developments process from start to finish
▪ Prepare cost review summaries by class for cost reviews with manager (work out scenarios, cost
alternatives, counter sourcing exercises with approval of manager)
▪ Responsible to track all samples/Swatch requests through RLM Sample tracker
▪ Provide Merch with fabric swatch for any late samples, prior to FLR prep week.


Production:
▪ Create and manage commitment charts/ BOMs for all relevant categories after bulk buy pass
▪ Acquire all bulk costs and x-factory dates from factories via commitment charts – with managers
supervision.
▪ Launch Bulk Trim and Garment PO’s to vendors/Agent (revise & maintain Pos as changes occur)
▪ Create Estimate cost sheets after bulk costs are negotiated and confirmed by manager
▪ Follow up with factories and tech team (via WIP chart) to ensure all fit samples and comments are sent
by calendar due date to maintain bulk x-factory dates
▪ Review and provide comments for all bulk submits with guidance from manager, as needed
▪ Update RLM with any delivery delays and ensure RLM has accurate x-factory dates at all times
Communicates to manager and department head.
▪ Assure that care and content info is filled in per season and accurate, adding extra “knowledge” where
applicable.
▪ Receive care and content information from all vendors and input into chart
▪ Care label and UPC review/Approval sent by NT.
▪ Assist with overall bulk submit organization at office

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Creation
▪ Develop category strategies, ensuring growth drivers/ plans are financially realistic and aligned across channels
▪ Own top down assortment build based on revenue plan 
▪ Pull and analyze hindsight data

THE OPPORTUNITY
BILLY REID, a southern based contemporary fashion company seeks to hire a Brand Marketing Manager that will
work in partnership with the Head of Marketing. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to

● Calendar: Support all brand marketing efforts as it pertains to maintaining the marketing communication
calendar. Work closely with cross functional teams to understand shifts in calendar and strategies based

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Social Media Manager will play an integral and strategic role in elevating the Billy Reid brand while driving our
marketing goals. The position will lead the brand's social content strategy and execution under the guidance and
partnership from the Head of Marketing. This position will work within the brand marketing team to oversee the
curation and creation of Billy Reid’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Toc, YouTube and LinkedIn content along
with other relevant channels.


Primary Job Responsibilities:
● Create & curate engaging social content that makes new & existing customers become fans of the Billy
Reid
● Develop (in partnership with marketing) a unique brand voice and aesthetic across our social channels
that is reflective of our brand identity yet native to social channels
● Balance in-house content curation and outsourced content curation: Manage a network of content
contributors, reviewing and editing the content on a weekly basis to curate the feed(s).
● Create content from concept to completion - styling, shooting and editing both fashion and lifestyle
