Experience and Inventory Director. Initial responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all Retail initiatives are being implemented in stores including, but not limited to the following areas:
-Selling Culture
-Merch Guidelines
-Markdowns & Promos
-National & Local Events - Utilize key reports to drive national & store actions on a daily/weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual scale.
- Review store schedules to ensure business needs & Labor cost are in line.
- Ensure stores submit all administrative work on a timely manner. (HR, FINANCE, INVENTORY PROCESSES)
- Support retail sale plans by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the Store director teams
- Improve conversion rate across the network, with a goal of a 1%-2% improvement year over year
- Support the hiring process in collaboration with HR
- Develop individual and team performance to support retail expectations through intentional conversations, meaningful recognition, and accountability. biweekly touch bases w/ store directors
- Support Store Directors in building a clientele driven business rooted in developing relationships to support repeat business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Creation
▪ Develop category strategies, ensuring growth drivers/ plans are financially realistic and aligned across channels
▪ Own top down assortment build based on revenue plan
▪ Pull and analyze hindsight data
▪ Build SKU-level line plan with productivity/ volume expectations and economics including competitive pricing and IMU direction
▪ Own the change log by executing decisions and communication between design, production, wholesale, marketing and merchandising
▪ Manage RLM including but not limited to MSRP, WS price, collection, delivery, tier, dropping colorways and skus
Reporting (ownership of scope/ specifics reports TBD)
▪ Create and present regular reports including weekly selling report, key weekly reports, Monday reporting deck, regional sales summary, promo recaps, and return reports.
▪ Create or optimize additional reports as needed. This may include hind sighting data, mid-season insights, and ecomm daily budgets.
Third Party
▪ Act as liaison with 3rd parties including communication with accounting
▪ Create weekly sales reports
▪ Manage reorder requests and replenishments
Other Responsibilities
▪ Work with Toolio integration team
▪ Manage 42 maintenance
▪ Maintain Product Knowledge for each season

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
▪ 3+ years of similar work experience, bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field preferred
▪ Detailed knowledge of data systems including: RLM, Shopify, 42, Toolio, Returnly, NuOrder, and CHQ-Teamwork

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Social Media Manager will play an integral and strategic role in elevating the Billy Reid brand while driving our marketing goals. The position will lead the brand's social content strategy and execution under the guidance and partnership from the Head of Marketing. This position will work within the brand marketing team to oversee the curation and creation of Billy Reid’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Toc, YouTube and LinkedIn content along with other relevant channels.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day execution of social media, including posting and community management across all platforms, specifically Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube and LinkedIn
- Handle all aspects of community management including interacting with the BR audience, responding to DM’s and partnering with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop (in partnership with marketing) a unique brand voice and aesthetic across social channels that are reflective of the brand identity
- Create monthly “always on” influencer strategy by identifying on-brand tastemakers in relevant social communities, while building partnerships with influencers, brand advocates and other creatives to drive amplification on their channels and compelling content
- Optimize performance of owned social channels to cultivate and grow the audiences
- Balance in-house content curation and outsourced content curation: Manage a network of content contributors, reviewing and editing the content on a weekly basis to curate the feed(s).
- Constantly push creative boundaries (while maintaining and establishing the brand's signature POV/identity) in order to generate fresh content that connects with Billy Reid’s audience in new ways.
- Optimize platforms with best practice applications, i.e.: handles, tagging, hashtags, etc.; Identify new channels that are brand appropriate and aligned with brand strategy and acquisition strategies
- Analyze performance of social content on a weekly basis and use this to constantly evolve the calendar moving forward; Develop weekly and monthly reporting to be shared cross-functionally
- Own the budget for content creation. Manage and balance the budget each month.
- Research and identify emerging social media trends and features, and lead evolution within the brands channels
- Be the eyes and ears for the team on what's trending on social media. Take a broader POV beyond just fashion as to what are the relevant topics of conversation we should be taking a POV on.
