RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Creation
▪ Develop category strategies, ensuring growth drivers/ plans are financially realistic and aligned across channels
▪ Own top down assortment build based on revenue plan 
▪ Pull and analyze hindsight data
▪ Build SKU-level line plan with productivity/ volume expectations and economics including competitive pricing and IMU direction  
▪ Own the change log by executing decisions and communication between design, production, wholesale, marketing and merchandising
▪ Manage RLM including but not limited to MSRP, WS price, collection, delivery, tier, dropping colorways and skus

Reporting (ownership of scope/ specifics reports TBD)
▪ Create and present regular reports including weekly selling report, key weekly reports, Monday reporting deck, regional sales summary, promo recaps, and return reports.
▪ Create or optimize additional reports as needed. This may include hind sighting data, mid-season insights, and ecomm daily budgets.

Third Party
▪ Act as liaison with 3rd parties including communication with accounting
▪ Create weekly sales reports 
▪ Manage reorder requests and replenishments

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
▪ 3+ years of similar work experience, bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field preferred
▪ Detailed knowledge of data systems including:  RLM, Shopify, 42, Toolio, Returnly, NuOrder, and CHQ-Teamwork

THE OPPORTUNITY
BILLY REID, a southern based contemporary fashion company seeks to hire a Brand Marketing Manager that will
work in partnership with the Head of Marketing. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to
progress in their career by learning from daily execution and engaged leadership while participating at a very high
level with integrity and ownership.


Responsibilities:
● Calendar: Support all brand marketing efforts as it pertains to maintaining the marketing communication
calendar. Work closely with cross functional teams to understand shifts in calendar and strategies based
on inventory or business performance and adjust accordingly.
● Project Management: Point of contact for marketing operations workstreams
● Support production/creative with kick-off and timelines including oversight of dashboards to ensure all
details are aggregated including day-to-day execution and follow-ups of marketing tactics
● Partners with cross divisional teams (i.e. Merchants, Creative, Ecommerce, Legal, Store Ops, etc.) to
ensure campaigns are fully integrated and compliant
● Creative briefs: Create and manage creative briefs for all brand marketing channels such as: email, paid
media, website, influencer, social media, partnerships/ collaborations, retail events and public relations to
ensure all facets are completed per brief and delivered on time
● Participate in Creative Review Meetings to document notes and approvals on brand assets and update in
Asana
● Strategy: In collaboration, ensure all campaigns support brand initiatives, vision, and customer
experience, engagement and customer growth
● Marketing Initiatives: Support team with brand strategy and campaigns to drive increased awareness
and customer growth through media amplification, retail events and activations, partnerships and
wholesale support
● Reporting: Responsible for campaign measurement and collaboration with the brand team
● Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy
● Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects at a
time, ensuring timely delivery of strategy and action points

Qualifications:
● Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in fashion apparel, footwear or related industry

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Social Media Manager will play an integral and strategic role in elevating the Billy Reid brand while driving our
marketing goals. The position will lead the brand's social content strategy and execution under the guidance and
partnership from the Head of Marketing. This position will work within the brand marketing team to oversee the
curation and creation of Billy Reid’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Toc, YouTube and LinkedIn content along
with other relevant channels.


Primary Job Responsibilities:
● Create & curate engaging social content that makes new & existing customers become fans of the Billy
Reid
● Develop (in partnership with marketing) a unique brand voice and aesthetic across our social channels
that is reflective of our brand identity yet native to social channels
● Balance in-house content curation and outsourced content curation: Manage a network of content
contributors, reviewing and editing the content on a weekly basis to curate the feed(s).
● Create content from concept to completion - styling, shooting and editing both fashion and lifestyle
content
● Identify on-brand tastemakers in the social communities and build partnerships with influencers, brand
advocates and other creatives
● Constantly push creative boundaries (while maintaining and establishing the brand's signature
POV/identity) in order to generate fresh content that connects with Billy Reid’s audience in new ways.
● Plan the monthly content calendar across Billy Reid’s key social channels (both organic and paid) and
produce a weekly/monthly content schedule that aligns with the website, brand campaign, product
pushes and events; Must have an engaging and timely narrative, flows smoothly and brings to life Billy
Reid’s brand personality and product offering
● Build organic community engagement through likes and thoughtful commentary
● Optimize platforms with best practice applications, i.e.: handles, tagging, hashtags, etc.; Identify new
channels that are brand appropriate and aligned with brand strategy and acquisition strategies
● Analyze performance of social content on a weekly basis and use this to constantly evolve the calendar
moving forward; Develop weekly and monthly reporting to be shared cross-functionally
● Own the budget for content creation. Manage and balance the budget each month.
● Research and identify emerging social media trends and features, and lead evolution within the brands
channels
● Be the eyes and ears for the team on what's trending on social media. Take a broader POV beyond just
fashion as to what are the relevant topics of conversation we should be taking a POV on.
