Billy's daughter Abba scoops the insides of a lemon while preparing her Lemon Posset dessert.

Abba's Lemon Posset

  • Half your lemons
  • Scoop out the insides and set aside the juice from lemons
  • In a pot mix together heavy whipping cream, sugar, and lemon zest
  • Bring mixture to a simmer
  • Remove from the heat and add lemon juice
  • Pour your mixture back into the lemon shell halves
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours
  • Billy's Basil Spiked Lemonade

  • Add a handful of basil and 2 oz of vodka to your shaker
  • Muddle those together
  • Add lemonade and Billy’s special lemon pulp mixture (he likes pulpy lemonade so he muddled the inside of a lemon)
  • Add ice and shake well
  • Pour over ice, garnish with a lemon slice and extra basil
