Abba's Lemon Posset

Half your lemons

Scoop out the insides and set aside the juice from lemons

In a pot mix together heavy whipping cream, sugar, and lemon zest

Bring mixture to a simmer

Remove from the heat and add lemon juice

Pour your mixture back into the lemon shell halves

Freeze for 3-4 hours

Add a handful of basil and 2 oz of vodka to your shaker

Muddle those together

Add lemonade and Billy’s special lemon pulp mixture (he likes pulpy lemonade so he muddled the inside of a lemon)

Add ice and shake well

Pour over ice, garnish with a lemon slice and extra basil
