Please provide your account login or order information and select the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange and why. All items must be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order.
Once you have completed the return registration, you will be given the opportunity to print a USPS return shipping label. If you choose to print and use this label, please apply the label and drop off the package at your nearest USPS facility.
You can also return or exchange your item(s) at any of our store locations, free of charge.
Items will only be exchanged or returned if the items have their original tags and are in new condition (not worn, washed, altered, etc.)
If you’d like, you can also send your purchases back using the provider of your choice. If you choose to do this, please complete the return registration online, however, do not print a return shipping label. If you are using your own shipping provider to send a purchase back to us, please ship to:

Any shipping charges along with any import fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. Any shipping charge or import fee, duty, or tax associated with a return from outside the United States will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Billy Reid does not accept exchanges for international orders. If you’d like another size or item, you will need to return your previous order and place a new order on www.billyreid.com for the replacement.
