Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $99 within the US. For all shipments that do not meet the $99 minimum, we are happy to offer our discounted UPS rates to you during checkout. Shipping costs for orders under $99 will be the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to your address.


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays in which UPS does not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before noon Central Time Monday thru Friday typically ship out on the same day. Orders placed after noon Central Time may not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer through UPS:


Ground
 – We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $99. If your order does not meet the $99 minimum, you will be charged the actual shipping cost of your item(s). Orders are typically delivered between 3 and 7 days from the time the order is placed. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 14 business days. 
3-Day – Orders are received three (3) business days from the time they are shipped. Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
2-Day – Orders are received within two (2) business days from the time they are shipped. Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Next Day  – Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped. Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days. If more than one package is being shipped, you will receive multiple emails with different tracking numbers. Tracking numbers also appear under your order history if you were logged into your account when the order was placed.

TRACKING

You can track your shipment by using the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email from service@billyreid.com. You can also view your order history and track shipments from your account page.

MILITARY & DIPLOMATIC ADDRESSES

We now offer shipping to both foreign and domestic United States military bases and diplomatic addresses designated as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. These orders should be processed as International Checkout at the time of purchase (even with a domestic billing address) and the orders will be processed and routed by our partner, International Checkout.  For further information, please see the International Shipping section below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Billy Reid has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.


WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? 

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Billy Reid. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
