This overcoat caught my eye as I was browsing men's clothing on the BR website. The cut and color of the coat is what attracted me.
A long story short, I ordered the coat and it arrived a few days later. This is probably one of a handful of pieces of clothing that I have ordered online that lived up to what I expected. The coat has (what I would call) a throwback or retro style to it.
The fabric, buttons, pockets etc. all looked "right" and construction was better than I expected. The fit was as close to perfect as I've had from online purchases. I'm not too sure about wearing a suit under this coat. I'm typically a large (which is what I ordered). The coat fits perfectly but it might be a little snug if you're wearing a suit. All in all, I'm very happy with this coat and expect it to be around for a long time.
One (very) minor point: I was hoping the coat would come with a hanger, but it didn't. Not that big of a deal, but it would have been a nice surprise.
